Any rescheduling shall be made only at EscapeReading management’s discretion.
Last minute reschedules (less than 72 hour notice given) will incur £25 admin fee to cover staffing costs for your event.

Escape Reading is a live experience, like cinema or theater, therefore once the booking is confirmed refunds, or last minute cancellations less than 72 hour notice given are not accepted.
Entry will be declined if the team is over 30 minutes late. In this situation your payment is non-refundable.
