Everything You Need Is Provided

Before the session, our team explains how to use the tools and what to expect. You will be equipped with protective clothing, head and face protection, gloves and other required safety equipment.

Please arrive in comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. All supplied and customer-owned smashable items remain subject to staff approval.

Is it safe?

Yes. Safety is our priority. Before entering, you will receive a safety briefing and protective equipment including full-body coveralls, a helmet with face shield and heavy-duty gloves.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. If needed, shoe covers can be provided. The smashable items are selected by our team and the room is designed to contain the action.

What can I expect to smash?

Your session includes 15 objects to smash, with a selection of plates, bowls, shelves and smashable items chosen from safe available stock.

Extra items may be available at an additional cost. Ask our team when booking or when you arrive.

How many people can take part?

The minimum group size is 2 people and the maximum group size is 6 people. Two people smash at a time, with the rest of the group taking turns.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops and open-toed sandals are not permitted.

We provide hard hats, face protection, chest protectors, overalls and gloves.

Can I just turn up?

No. Rage Room sessions are available by advance booking only and must be booked at least 48 hours before attendance.

How long does a Rage Room session last?

The Rage Room experience lasts around 30 to 60 minutes. Please allow additional time for the safety briefing and getting equipped.

Can I wear glasses?

Yes. Many guests wear glasses comfortably underneath the supplied safety equipment.

Can I leave the room if I need to?

Yes. You may leave the Rage Room at any time if required.

Can I bring my own items to smash?

In many cases, yes. All items must be approved by our team in advance to confirm that they are safe and suitable for the Rage Room.

What items are not allowed?

Hazardous materials, batteries, chemicals, gas canisters and any item considered unsafe by our staff are not permitted.

What tools do I get?

Participants may have access to a range of smashing tools, including baseball bats of different weights.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Age requirements depend on the package selected. Participants under 18 may require parental consent or adult supervision. Please confirm the requirements with our team before booking.

Is a Rage Room good for team building?

Yes. Rage Rooms provide a different and memorable shared activity for colleagues, sports teams, organisations and other groups.

Can you host birthday parties?

Yes. Rage Room sessions are available for birthday celebrations and group events.

Will I have the room to myself?

Yes. Your booking is private to your group.

Can I listen to my own music?

Yes. You can play your own music through the Bluetooth speaker during your session.

Is it really stress relieving?

Many guests find the experience satisfying and enjoyable. We do not make medical claims, but smashing objects in a controlled environment can be a fun way to let off steam.

We prepare every session in advance by sourcing smashable items, preparing protective equipment and scheduling staff. Bookings must therefore be made at least 48 hours before your chosen session.
