Yes. Safety is our priority. Before entering, you will receive a safety briefing and protective equipment including full-body coveralls, a helmet with face shield and heavy-duty gloves.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. The smashable items are selected by our team and the room is designed to contain the action.

Standard packages include a selection of breakable items such as plates, bowls and electronic devices. Depending on current stock, larger items may also be available.

Extra items may be added to your session at an additional cost. Ask our team when booking or when you arrive.

Two people smash at a time, but groups of 4, 6 or 8 can attend and take turns. Music and lighting keep the rest of the group involved while they wait.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops and open-toed sandals are not permitted.

We provide hard hats, face protection, chest protectors, overalls and gloves.

No. Rage Room sessions are available by advance booking only and must be booked at least 48 hours before attendance.

Session length varies by package and group size, typically taking between 30 and 90 minutes. Please allow additional time for the safety briefing and getting equipped.

Yes. Many guests wear glasses comfortably underneath the supplied safety equipment.

Yes. You may leave the Rage Room at any time if required.

In many cases, yes. All items must be approved by our team in advance to confirm that they are safe and suitable for the Rage Room.

Hazardous materials, batteries, chemicals, gas canisters and any item considered unsafe by our staff are not permitted.

Available tools depend on the package selected and may include baseball bats of different weights.
